What do you think of my format for sharing the value of a company that has mostly online assets and an exciting potential for the future? If you want to pitch to investors and think of a way to share your business plan, especially if you are a consultant, startup, or entrepreneur online, maybe seeing the format I do it in would be helpful. I value your feedback and welcome your visit to my website to follow up at http://jerrybanfield.com/. When was the last good conversation you heard about investing and valuing your business? I hope this video will prove inspirational whether you have a company you want to get people to invest in and you’re trying to figure out how to communicate that to them, or whether you are looking for a good company to invest in and want to see a presentation that’s inspirational, that will give you an idea of what kind of opportunities are out there. This is a presentation about my company and I hope the format is useful for you whether you have any interested in what I do or not. I’ve made a cool format here using Excel spreadsheet combined with showing what I do online and I will explain every part of that, what each number means, and exactly how this could be really cool for using as a presentation. First, my company is known for internet marketing online all over the world in sharing free help and resources, creating online courses, building a YouTube channel and on my website. This is my website, you can see that there’s tons of articles on it. My Udemy courses are linked and it defines what I do online. That website is one part of my company and explaining the value along with this spreadsheet, I will highlight each relevant detail so if you’re looking to do the same, you will want to bring up all of the exact points that make your company valuable and worth noticing online. I will try and lead by example on that. I have thought a lot about investing in companies and tech especially and learning about how it is to make a good presentation to communicate the value of a company especially when assets are hard to define when they’re online and matching that up with hard numbers. I’m a math guy, I love numbers, and I love putting them together in a way that makes sense. This is what I have put my current company value at, based on each day in business. The value that I would sell my entire company, all of my resources online for. I put bitcoin in here because bitcoin seems to make a great platform for sharing an investment price. I have a friend’s company I work for, he has valued his company in Bitcoin for around the same value and that’s what inspired me to go through this for my company. $354,772.84 is the 10 percent. What I’m offering to do is give a fixed percentage of my company for sale and that would be ownership of the company so it’s not any kind of convertible debt loan or anything like that it’s straight up ownership in a private company. That would mean you get a percentage of the profits each year but the only liquidity is being bought out by me or being bought out by someone else who wanted to buy it and then I’ve put that same number in bitcoin. That’s the maximum number I’m doing. 3,547.73 is the minimum, that’s a tenth of a percent. Subscribe to my YouTube channel at http://jerry.tips/ytsubcription

Joe Mathews, Founder and CEO of Franchise Performance Group, and author of "Street Smart Franchising," with 30 years of experience in franchising, outlines four reasons why Pearle Vision is a brand that franchise investors should consider. transcription: The Pearle Vision Investor Model Joe Mathews, CEO of Franchise Performance Group So, when I’m looking at franchise opportunities, I want a successful brand; they all four things in common: they’re unique, they’re profitable, they’re sustainable for the long haul, and they are necessary for the customer. We’re going to talk about each one with Pearle; so number one: Unique. What makes this business unique is it’s a nice combination of high-tech and high-touch. So the high tech part is the lenses, we’re improving people’s vision and there’s a lot of innovation going on in contact lenses and eye glass frames and lenses to improve people’s vision. And then the high touch is somebody has got to explain what that value is. You know, you’re dealing with people’s eyes and you’re dealing with health needs. So, you really do need both: you need the innovation of a multi-billion dollar company like Luxottica and then you’ve got the high-touch of the local presence in the marketplace. You put the two together and that makes it very unique and interesting. In 30 years of franchising, I’ve never seen margins in specialty retail like there are with contact lenses and frames - very profitable business. Sustainable - According Jacobson Research, over 170 million people have eye problems, right now, 61% of the population wears corrective glasses or lenses or contacts. That’s 25% of kids and then 2/3 of the adults. And by the 2030, 20% of the population of the United States are going to be over 65 and that’s going to translate to over, by 2050, to over 40 million seniors, up from 20 million. 20 million is still a lot of potential customers but 40 million over the next 30 years. That’s why a lot of smart money are looking for ways to capitalize on the aging senior market. The other thing that makes it sustainable is the track record, Pearle started in 1961. You know, this is a 50 year old, 50-something year old brand and we’re talking about every bit as relevant as they talked about back in the 60’s. Necessary - we’re solving vision problems. People have to see. And with computers and some other technologies, it’s making people eyes go. They need their eyes more than they every did before, they need vision more. But with life expectancy going longer and people’s savings and nest eggs becoming smaller, they are going to have to work. So eye care is going to be extremely important, and continue to be important well into the foreseeable future.

OMG wow! I'm SHOCKED how easy clicked here http://www.MBAbullshit.com for CAPM or Capital Asset Pricing Model. This is a model applied to indicate an investor's "expected return", or how much percentage profit a company investor ought to logically demand to be a "fair" return for making investments into a company. http://mbabullshit.com/blog/2011/08/06/capm-capital-asset-pricing-model/ To find this, yet another question can be queried: Just how much is the sound "decent" percentage % profit that a financier should probably receive if he invests in a business (having comparatively high risk) in contrast to putting his money in government bonds which might be regarded to be "risk free" and instead of putting his hard earned cash in the general share market presumed to offer "medium" risk? Visibly, it is almost only "fair" that in fact the investor receives a gain higher compared to the government bond percentage (due to the reason that the solitary enterprise possesses higher risk). It's moreover only just that he should expect a return larger than the broad stock exchange yield, because the specific business enterprise has higher risk compared to the "medium risk" general stock market. So just as before, how much exactly should this investor fairly receive as a smallest expected return? This is where the CAPM Model or Capital Asset Pricing Model comes in. The CAPM Formula includes all these variables simultaneously: riskiness of the individual firm depicted by its "beta", riskiness of the universal stock market, rate of interest a "risk free" government bond would give, as well as others... and then spits out an actual percent which your investor "should be allowed" to take for investing his or her hard earned money into this "riskier" single firm. This particularly exact percent is known as the "expected return", given that it can be the yield that he should "expect" or require to obtain if he invests his hard earned cash into a specific firm. This precise percentage is known as the "cost of equity". The CAPM Model or CAPM Formula looks something like this: Expected Return = Govt. Bond Rate + (Risk represented by "Beta")(General Stock Market Return --Govt. Bond Rate) Utilizing this formula, you are able to see the theoretically exact rate of return theindividual business enterprise investor ought to reasonably expect for his or her investment, if the CAPM Model or Capital Asset Pricing Model is to be held. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LWsEJYPSw0k What is CAPM?
